On October 29, 2016 Hunter Laney and Charles Dobbins were at a club. Charles Dobbins then followed Hunter to a gas station where he shot and killed him. He was just sitting in his car. He also wounded a girl that was in the car. Charles Dobbins was found guilty of Manslaughter and 2 counts of Aggravated Assault and sentenced to 30 years in Arkansas Department of Corrections. He has only been in prison for 10 years.

We, the undersigned, Strongly OPPOSE, parole for Charles Dobbins III. Justice demands that he

serve the full sentence given to him.
