I would love the place to keep it current way, we love the peace, do not want to see more traffic, do not want to patmore street cut off, love the easy traffic through the road, if need development, would love see more single family house

I have owned and lived in this house for 22 years. this is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, good area to raise children. now you want to ruin it by bringing corruption, crime, and dope addicts to run down a neighborhood where people are happy just living their lives with the way things are. If they rezone this area, I WILL MOVE not only out of Memphis, but the whole state can kiss my grits

I am totally against this proposal. The reason my family and I chose this area was due to the quiet and tranquility the neighborhood possesses. The traffic is a nuisance already and the thought of crowding this area with additional people, traffic and noise is the reason I say "NO" to this. Go somewhere else.

I do not believe these apartments are zoned correctly, and am vigorously opposed to them being built in my backyard!

The changes made a few years ago off Mullins Station has adversely effected my property. This would only take more value from my home. I will never support anyone who allows this to go thru. Patricia Swanson

I'm against the rezoning and the Parkside at Shelby Farms. I don't see how this could possibly compliment Shelby Farms.
