My lot on Harpeth Dr. is 98. Look how close the apartment is to my back yard! There is nothing about Parkside that fits in with the area around it. The traffic would be a nightmare. Whitten and Mullins Station would need to be widened.

Email isn't petition signer ( it's her daughter's) . Petition signer has been Homeowner on Patmore for more than 32 years.

The letter from the developer was a complete farce. Stating how there was a demand for such a development. Shelby Farms is unique be careful.

No apartment complex here. Shelby Farms is doing so much to build itself up and this would just destroy the area. No matter how nice the structures would be, just a matter of time before crime follows and the increase in traffic flow would be unmanageable!

The area is already heavily traveled. With no sight of MPD to enforce speed laws and/or violations that occur. My children are at harms way on a daily basis outside due to, traffic speeding at high rates of speed to cut through Patmore Road. I've lived in the area 16 years. Not one time, do you have Law Enforcement out monitoring the area. My vote is NO!

Leave a green land there.

We do not need any large apartment complexes or businesses overlooking the Greenline. It would create heavy traffic to endanger those using the Greenline.

This proposal will alter the neighborhood in a negative way with multiple issues of traffic, overcrowding, and decreased home pricing.

I do not want to have the area rezoned, nor would it be a wise idea to close Patmore Rd. as a thoroughfare.

We have a premier park in an urban setting in Shelby Farms Park. PLEASE consider this treasure for what it is and refuse high-rise and any other commercial development, multi-residential development that will add congestion, crime, & pollutants to this beautiful greenway area!

I decline to see 10 stories apartment complex in my neighbor hood, and bad idea to close the Patmore Rd.

The proposed rezoning and building of apartments would have a negative impact on our subdivision. The increased traffic alone would be a nightmare. We do not need this next door to our little subdivision.

Shelbu farm is a special place with natural beauty in a city. Please keep the fresh air and peaceful land for people of Memphis.
