I live near Humphreys and Walnut Grove and do not support the rezoning of this area. It will have a negative impact on wildlife and the quality of life for residents living near the park.

I moved here for the serenity.This will become more like downtown Memphis.The traffic will be unbearable.The project could do nothing but devalue our homes.and possibly bring more crime as the greenway already has.

It's always about money, this will just add the crime element even more so just like its doing at Wolfchase. I would bet the construction company owner doesn't live around here.
