Regardless of how long restrictions to parking have technically been in force in Windsor Road, it has been the custom of local people to park briefly and use their corner shop to purchase newspapers and groceries without fear of receiving a parking ticket. The BCKLWN has decided to re-enforce this restrictive practice in order to generate income at the expense of ordinary people who seem to have no say in how they access the services to which they have a right. I am signing this petition to have these restrictions removed or changed to a minimum of 30 minutes parking because I believe it is damaging to the neighbourhood economy.
