We, the residents of Albert Park would like to submit a formal complaint in regards to the recent parking changes along Richardson Street and adjacent streets.

As local residents of this area we are perplexed and angered by these changes.

We we're not informed of such changes and fail to see reason in assigning two and one hour parking restrictions in a suburban area that is not currently congested and is well away from local shopping precincts.

Most residents in this area do not have driveway access and rely on these spaces as an all day unrestricted parking space.

We feel the implementation of such restrictions in this area is ludicrous and suggests no more than a cash grab unduly initiated by the City of Port Phillip.

Further more, there is no sign of a parking permit option and feel this is at least a minimum requirement should The City of Port Phillip choose to persist with these unfounded changes.
