As a happily employed person in those offices. I feel like me or someone working here is gonna get into a horrible accident while trying to turn left. Traffic is horrible

My office was located in this complex for the last 5 years. Getting in and out of the parking lot is not an easy task and there are a lot of accidents due to this. The speed of 4500 S is part of the issue, having an additional entrance/exit to Atwood would be a difference maker for the safety of folks that need to access this complex for work or one of the various services offered in the buildings.

this would be a huge improvement for the safety of those exiting the parking lot

Access from Atwood is absolutely necessary

I have to turn left out of the parking lot every day and it is scary during high traffic times. With access to a light so close, I’ve wondered why we can’t access the street. Please add this access point!!!

My husband worked in this complex for 5 years and talked all the time of the accidents - near misses and problems with this lot and lack of a side exit

Make it safe for everyone.

This is only one accident. It feels like weekly accidents occur at these exits. Some are small but I fear for my safety anytime I pull onto that road. It isn’t safe and someone is going to die. It’s only a matter of time.

It would certainly expedite the travel in and out of the lot, esp. Now that Atwood and 4500 has a light. At the same time, unless prooerly created another entrance stands to confus the parking lots overall flow...which isnt good as it is.

On September 11th 2024 a car pulled out from these office buildings and hit my car, all air bags deploying, totaling my car, and leaving me with headaches. Please do something to help the safety of the exit of these office buildings.

Seems reasonable and 4500 South is a very busy street, so using the intersection to go west makes lots of sense.

We are new tenants in the office and this new access would provide a safe commute into the building parking lot. One different from the main road which has consistent traffic flow.

Agree that this would improve driver safety.

Navigating this area has become increasingly difficult as traffic and development continue to grow. This is a simple solution to a very real problem, and it has my full support!

I live and work off this block and it’s a nightmare at busy times. 4800 s and Sunstone needs a light too!

I wanted my elderly mother to use the businesses in these buildings as she lives close by but without access off Atwood, it is too dangerous.

Why do we not do something to assist traffic flow sooner rather than later??? This has been a problem for year's!! Fix it now!!
