We understand ukm needs money. Please check your finances first and make sure it's clean, transparent and prudent. Hctm makes a lot of money but we staff don't get to see its benefit. What we earn we should get back to ensure a reward system that motivates its staff, not penalize us. Top down decisions have so far been unpopular and unfair.

Our staff are already burdened by taxes and rising consumer prices. So, enforcing paid parking during this current economic situation is seen as unethical. We expect the management to be highly efficient and wiser in strategy. There are other smart ways to raise fund or to overcome parking problems..., map the problem and think a little bit deeper.

Bertanggungjawab untuk memastikan semua server dan sistem IT sentiasa berfungsi 24x7 , saya kerja lebih masa, buat oncall, standby tanpa sebarang elaun tambahan apatah lagi tidak pernah claim apa-apa dari pengurusan, selama 22 tahun saya berkhidmat. Hari ini saya cuma minta supaya JANGAN diteruskan konsep parking berbayar ini, itu sahaja.

$100 per month is way too much. parking fees should be charge for maintenance of parking only and not to make excess profit for kutipan tabung. Dana tabung2 should be collected separately and not by forced donation through parking fee.

I belief that this is an unfair policy which was implemented with proper mandate from the faculty members that will have negative impact on the welfare of PPUKM staff. The management has not explored other options that could have avoided the unnnecessarily burden on PPUKM staff.
