We, the undersigned, petition Liverpool City Council to please address the issue of parking for employees working in the Liverpool area. We would also like to make Liverpool City Council aware of our safety concerns with the current parking arrangements.

Seeing this much support for safe parking makes me feel less alone in my daily struggle to get to work without fear. It is clear that so many of you share my frustration with the current situation in Liverpool.

Vehicle safety, as well as personal safety. My car has been damaged a couple of times, along with a very large number of my work colleagues. This becomes costly! If not just for repairs, an increase in insurance premiums if you claim it.

it is not safe to walk to your car in the afternoons also with the new construction at the bowling alley they have taken over half of the spots any car that parks there now may be damaged with the trucks going in and out of the street

Lack of Free parking for local workers is most definitely a huge concern. More and more high rises in the area with limited parking. Limiting parking space can impact on people making a decision to come and work in Liverpool possibly opting to go elsewhere where parking is not so much of an issue.

I no longer use businesses and services in Liverpool because of its restrictive parking policies.
