The noise level that theYOUTH BANDcreates is outrageous.We have tried many times, overseveral yearsto work with the church, to at least get the noise to a medium. Since some of the residents are elderly, this is also a health issue but a nuisance.I am asking city council memberMrs. Brenda Palmer to help us search for a solution.
