We, the stakeholders of the Beverly Hills Unified School District, demand that a child’s health and medical decisions be determined by the parents and not government officials. We are not anti-Vax or pro-Vax, anti-mask or pro-mask, or even anti-testing or pro-testing. By law, all these measures constitute medical decisions that require the informed consent of the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) and not pursuant to the dictate of the BHUSD, School Board. We are pro-choice. All we demand is the right to choose what we believe is best for our children.
For any medical decision the District insists we comply with, we demand the District provide us with the scientific, and any other, material they rely on to impose Covid-19 measures on our children. As stakeholders, we have the right to see what information the District relies on for imposing these medical measures on children rather than keeping that information from us. When the positivity rate is so low in our school and community the District must explain why they are imposing more strict protocols. Sharing this information shall ensure the required transparency and trust by the parents for the District Trustees we voted into office to provide safe educational facilities in which our children can thrive. We demand the BHUSD School Board honor parental rights to choose what is best for one's own child.
The School Board and District’s medical measures are an unlawful and wasteful use of valuable time and resources, and could potentially damage a healthy child’s immune system. The children have already lost nearly two years of any meaningful education in the BHUSD, yet now you require them to lose more educational class time for testing purposes! Enough is enough. Continued attempts to require medical treatment of children and turning our schools into medical facilities must cease. There is no law in existence that gives authority to the school board to require the use of EUA medical procedures or devices on our children.
The School Board and the Administration serve the people, not the other way around. We decide what is best for our children and we have drawn our line in the sand. Any elected official or school system employee that still thinks their Covid19 medical measures protect our children has no place influencing the next generation.

The BHUSD School Board thinks they can ignore us if we stay quiet. We are almost at 250 signatures and we need to hit that mark immediately so they understand we are not going away. Stop waiting for someone else to act and get this link in front of five people who will actually sign.

Thank you for creating a forum to fight unnecessary unauthorized medical treatments and devices on our children
There is no scientific basis by which to vaccinate healthy children with no underlying conditions that make them vulnerable. Healthy children do not generally transmit the disease and their mortality rate is blessedly very low. They also recover more quickly.
The vaccines are not safe for my children. And they are not working anyways. The vaccine should be optional to those who choose to get it. I should have a choice of what to put in my childrens’ bodies. I know their bodies and reactions and I know what is good or bad for them.
Please just educate. Do not FORCE vaccinate. Leave our children out of this. They are not guinea pigs. Parents choice for their kids
Absolutely disagree with any sort of vaccine mandate. As parents, we are responsible for our children’s well-being. Such an important decision should not be left in the hands of anyone but us parents!
No more masks! These kids are suffering! Wearing a mask On kids is child abuse!
