We, the concerned parents of students in grades 1 to 8 at Europa Schule Neu Kairo, are troubled by a series of issues beleaguering our children's education and overall wellbeing. This petition is for recurring pattern of problems that have been persistently ignored and dismissed.The issues in question primarily pertain to the inadequate teacher selection, elevated rates of teacher turnover, marked decline in education quality, ineffective student support mechanisms, inadequate response from management, and an overall lack of trustworthiness.

Currently, the protocols for teacher selection and retention are insufficient. High teacher turnover - which includes cases of teachers abruptly vacating or being dismissed in the middle of the academic year - is particularly concerning. This turnover has not only disrupted the continuity and stability necessary for quality education but has also raised questions on the competence of the administration in ensuring the best educators for our children.



Furthermore, the school seems to be failing in delivering a proper curriculum with clearly outlined learning objectives, and has shown incompetence in establishing robust systems to benefit and enhance students' progress. The parents’ trust towards the administration and the school principal has greatly diminished with the hiring of unqualified social workers to tackle day-to-day issues, which may include, but are not limited to:[ physical fights, bullying incidents, safety concerns, lack of adequate resources]which demonstrate the lack of investment in proficient resources to safeguard our children's interests and safety.

Seeing our children's education and safety in jeopardy raises serious questions about the potential deterioration of the quality of education, an issue that is widely felt by all the parents involved. Our calls for improvement have been met with unsatisfactory responses by the school management, casting doubts on their capability to address these critical issues fruitfully.



The education and wellbeing of our children should be our utmost priority. It's time to rectify these inadequacies and implement a solid infrastructural system focusing on our children's education, safety, and progression. We demand immediate and effective action from the Board of Europa Schule Neu Kairo to regain the parents' trust and ensure a bright future for our children's education.
