Understand his fight, but wrong way to go about it

He has the right to protest, correct. He does not have the right to be on school property, which he was asked to not be on. In a time when kids are afraid of school shootings, do we really need someone in a skull mask outside of the school scaring kids and treating cops like crap?

By everyone posting and talking about this individual you guys are not gonna make him stop doing what he is doing its going to make them come back and do it more because he has every right what he is doing as long as he was not trespassing on school property it’s freedom of speech and freedom to protest in public Derry police already gave him the ok for what he is doing you might not agree for what he is doing but he has the right too

I agree 100% with this petition. I have 5 kids that go to Derry Area and they dont need to be seeing this manchild outside the school treating the cops like crap and acting like an escaped mental patient!!!!

There is a time and place for everything and a masked man during school hours in front of an elementary school is not one of them. It is terrifying as a parent. We do not know the intentions of this person and he obviously has no regard for police. What are we actually letting happen here if we allow it to happen?

You should be able to have him served for harassment. He doesn't belong there.Has anyone called the police?

This is frightening to me. I don’t want any of the kiddos to have that same feeling. Bullying not accepted but find an acceptable way to present your message.

I didn't like the attitude of this man and his protests are not funny. My five year old would have been scared of him had she have seen him.

The kids at DASD have enough going on and should only have to worry about their studies. Mr. Martinez doesn't seem like a threat to the students safety but the students might feel unsafe if hes around and that will make them less likely to come to school and they will be unable to focus at school.

His tactics and methods have nothing to do with bullying. They are scary and terrify children.

Your presence and method create chaos and alarm for parents and children, which I feel is your intent. Please stay away from our children.

This man is mentally unstable and needs kept away from children.
