With the recent departure of Jen as the Center Director, a few of the families at Children's Corner Learning Center Norwalk wanted to bring forth our concerns that we feel are affecting the staff, available resources and ultimately our children's experience at the center. We have been made aware that requests for more classroom supplies, formalized curriculum, staff development and raises have been denied time and time again over the last few years.

We love having our children be apart of the Children’s Corner Norwalk community and don't want to have to look at other options for childcare. We want to stress the importance of leadership, staff development, and allocation of classroom resources to the owner, to ensure the success of the center.

Over time here are the main improvements/changes we would like to see made at the center:

• New materials/toys/equipment for all of the classrooms
• A new/updated curriculum for the center
• Staff incentives to stay and grow at the center (i.e rewards/training/raises, etc)
• Implement a formal evaluation/review system for all teachers based on professionalism, performances, attendance, etc
• Cameras installed in each classroom
