Request for Consideration on School Fee Increase Dear Management/Principal, I hope this email finds you well. As long-term parents and members of the CBSE curriculum, we sincerely appreciate the quality education and overall development that the school provides to our children. However, we would like to express our concerns regarding the recent fee increase, which is significantly high and financially challenging for many parents. *Key Concerns*: 1. The increased percentage is too high and not feasible for us. We kindly request the management to reconsider the hike by either reducing the increase or offering discounts for existing students. 2. We are worried about the consistent yearly fee revisions, especially with double-digit percentage hikes. The compounding effect of these increases on future grades will become a major financial burden. Each grade (5th, 6th, 7th, etc.) already has a different fee structure, making the transition more challenging. 3. Many renowned educational institutions follow a structured fee slab for kindergarten, primary, and secondary levels, revising fees only periodically or based on inflation. Instead of increasing fees for existing students annually, some institutions adjust entry fees (e.g., infrastructure fees, deposits) for new students or revise tuition fees only for fresh batches to support future developments. We share these concerns not just as parents but also as partners in the school’s growth and success, valuing our role in our children's education and the institution's development. Our request is a humble appeal for reconsideration, as we believe that a fair and balanced fee structure will benefit both the school and its long-term parent community. We sincerely hope the management considers these points and finds a positive solution that ensures both quality education and financial feasibility for parents. Transparency in fee structure is to be made available to every parents, also fee payable for kids can be payable in slots too as many parents may be going trough financial crisis for some reasons. Also hike in fee should be nominal
