Parenting Reform Petition

Judge Terry Cundiff of St Charles Missouri has sat on the bench for 20 years and allows, enforces and signs judgements with imputed incomes, unfounded expartes and allows fraud in his court. He needs to be prosecuted for acting outside the color of law along with the lawyers that work along side him and their clients that create the fraud through perjured testimony. Judge Cundiff destroys lives. He is a man with no honor and commits treason by violating his oath and cannon while violating the rights given to the UNITED STATES citizens through the constitution. He show bias, prejudice and disdain for men of color and men of lower socioeconomic status. He does not provide equal protection under the law nor does he care what he does to anyone. Strips them of everything they have worked for to insure his pockets are filled. Don't let him retire on our dime. He shouldn't be able to reap the rewards of that whole impoverishing those who believed he would be fair and honest when stepping into his courtroom.

Anyone who hasn't experienced the surreal corruption--and racketeering--by family-court judges and lawyers, simply could not believe it could happen in a modern, first-world country. Divorce and custody is a lucrative business model in American family courts, where these sleaze artists pull in over $50 billion a year--more than all the other courts combined, by exploiting ordinary citizens who have less civil protection than criminals. These legal communities are close-knit and fraternal, protected by state bar associations who preside over sham attorney disciplinary commissions. The judiciary has no oversight and appalling immunity. It just gets worse and worse for families and future generations.

Anyone unaffected by the corruption of family-court lawyers and judges cannot imagine how corrupt and self-serving they are. Generations of children are impacted by these sleaze-artists.

Hello, I am seeking advice, assistance, and resources in addressing the civil rights violations, injustices, and problems I have had to endure. False allegations, abuse of process and gender discrimination in domestic violence/divorce has ripped my family apart causing much damage and loss. My family and I were working though some of the hardest times I had ever experienced in my life and agencies and organizations funded to help families got involved and contributed to the fall of a good and loving family. I am not only dealing with the pain of divorce and missing my kids. I was grieving the loss of my mother to cancer and coping with many stressful life circumstances when false allegations and a restraining order against me resulting in incarceration. The injustices and problems has caused me to lose my family, home, vehicle, retirement accounts, financial resources, next to everything I have worked for and toward in my life. I am at such a loss and completely disgusted how the systems and organizations funded to help families and people are doing the total opposite. I have experienced first hand the damage and problems these systems and organizations allowed and contribute to. I was, prior to these allegations, a hardworking responsible tax paying citizen, husband, father, and homeowner. Now I am next to homeless facing bankruptcy, foreclosure, child support, years of un filed taxes, etc. etc. the list goes on and on. I was force out of my life, and the life of my three children, nine months after losing my mom to cancer, four months after adopting my oldest son, my wife’s (now ex-wife’s) first born, along with other various stressful situations going on. It eats at me everyday haven’t seen or had contact with THE CHILDREN I LOVE SO VERY MUCH since 2011 along with losing everything I had worked toward and for in my life. I was elated when I happened accross this site! It has been nagging at me constantly, & I should have done something long ago to help in the fight for reform ... Reform is putting it lightly the system needs a complete overhaul!! My beautiful mother passed away 13 days before my second birthday of cancer; she was only 19 years old. And since I have quite the story to tell, I'll try to just get out the main important facts. I had a biological Grandmother fighting to obtain custody of me. It was my mother's mother, as well as my father, my mother's fiancee, and two sets of Great Aunts & Uncles who had been approved to addopted me if my Grandmother wasn't able for any reason. The family Court is broken so far I lost $65 thousand for the stupidity of the Court and greedy lawyer please my 4 kids needs help i need a help for 3 years I did not see my kids only one of my oldest daughter who demanded to see her daddy and that's a month ago my kids miss me but it's a dictatorship in the family court system it's a business industry like the prison and it's our kids the future customers

please change family courts. No parent should lose their parental rights with out a jury trial. This is s right of every one except closed family courts. Take away incentives for cps adoptions an give incentives to social workers who achieve postive family reunifications. close the money wheel which had achieved nothing except making american childten merchandise.over hall the child support systemand give children the right have both parents in their lives.

there is many forms of child abuse, and alienation is PURE child abuse in all aspects, emotional, physiological and even self inflicted physical, or worse yet, SUICIDE. I listened to you, Mr. President Obama and I know you stated you grew up without your father, and how hard it was. Fathers are fighting and dying daily to be apart of their child's life, every child should be able to be loved by their parents and their families. ITS PLAIN UP ABUSE, and the WORST OF IT IS....Our courts are allowing it to happen, and are enforcing it on OUR INNOCENT CHILDREN! Please help OUR CHILDREN, no one deserves this abuse or to be denied their father, not even you, PRESIDENT OBAMA.
