I am petitioning to make it an offence to park in a parent and child parking space unless you have a child in a car seat. Many times i have had to struggle in and out of my car with my baby because all of the parent and child spaces have been taken by thoughtless people who do not need them. I am making it my mission to get this made ilegal.
