Parental Alienation Is The Same As Child Abuse.

I understand signing for parents, what about Grandparents?

ive had to go thru similar discrimination at family law court, my full custody form even lists me as "mother" (im male) slightly differnt system in australia but still had to foil a few atempted kidnaping in the year and 1/2 it took to resolve. i still have to be carefull every time i take bubs to see her mum that she dosnt toss her in a car and disapear with her though(my ex has extreem bi polar type 1)

This is the worst form of abuse.

The court system is flawed. They just churn through cases with the same bias towards men, and don't take into account how damaging it is for a child to have a solid and loving father removed form their life. The father is always on the defensive from the moment court is in session. That gives WAY too much power to people that will easily manipulate the system and quickly claim that they are doing no wrong since they are within their legal rights. The system is flawed.

Father of a now 12 and a half year old. Havent seen or heard from him since May 2013. Mother and her new boyfriend programmed him to hate me and everyone in my family. 3 years of court hearings and lawyer expenses up to 45000 is a huge waste of time and energy. Parental alienation is real and needs to be recognized as child abuse.

Parental Alirnation needs to be recognized in courts and the perpetrators held accountable. In my case my ex husband, DCF and the judge are endorsing my children being alienated by me and are in the custody of an abusive father.

I am currently alienated by distance from my children. I can see them anytime I can get there, but it costs me $1000 every time I go. My daughter cries for me.

I've been experiencing this for ten years they've perjuried themselves n seem to get away with lying with no proof n the judges wouldn't even look at the proof of their perjury

Parental alienation is child abuse. It hurts children too often for life. It takes loving parents out of a child's life too many time for life. Now imagine you or your children are in a war zone and come back to find parental alienation has happened to your children and the war zone now is worse than the one just left. That is why parental alienation must end.

id just like to say it is a very good idea long over due , id just like to say though it is the "child that is alienated " and judges should also have terms of reference , but we know governments dont like to alienate other countries so the word is not new , its ignored in the conciept of devourse
