A parent was denied joint physical custody of his boys while the boy's were attending school, because he didn't have a vehicle. The public transit was his only way to get them to school. His boys were immediately removed from his custody after they had been with their dad week on week off for 3 years. He's only allowed every other weekend visits and Wednesday dinners. The boys want to go back to their dad's for their 7 sleeps.
