Panomphet (Billy) Sangvone has been an asset to this community. Multiple generations of his family rely upon his presence, guidance and financial support. He should not be removed as a permanent citizen for one mistake in judgment over 20 years ago. It would be a great mistake with negative consequences for his family, community and him.
