I have known Billy for over 15 years, he has supported and guide me in many things in my life. From business to even simple things such a being a better human. Billy have shown time and time again that putting others first is his priority and he would taken the shirt off his back without question.

I’ve had the privilege of knowing Billy for nearly 30 years. Throughout that time, he has consistently shown himself to be a kind, responsible, and family-oriented person. Billy is the kind of man who puts his loved ones first and contributes positively to everyone around him. There is absolutely no justifiable reason to separate this man from his family. His steady character, compassion, and long-standing dedication to both his family and community are clear evidence of the positive impact he continues to make. Removing him from his family would not only cause unnecessary hardship but would also take away a valued and respected member of our community.

Panomphet Billy Sangvone is a critical and necessary part of our school community. He is a parent that shows up to build and maintain that community - from working with other parents to maintain the school grounds to celebrating with everyone at year end, he is a piece of what makes this community and country special. Ripping and stealing away even one person away is unacceptable - we need him back now.

Please review Bill Sangvone’s case; he is an important and loved member of our school community.

This is the exact type of case that discretion and pardons exist to correct.

The action taken against this man is appallingly unjust both in substance and execution. Set him free now.

Bill is the father of our son’s friend Areyn. I have known him for 5 years and have found him to be an incredibly kind and generous man.
