Kristian admits what he did was wrong, plead guilty which saved taxpayer money, and had honorable service in the Navy. He deserves s pardon, especially when orher more powerful people have done much worse and have gotten off scott free. Justice!

The conviction of this honorable soldier, husband and father is another egregious example of the double standard applied by our judicial system. Petty Officer Saucier made one innocent mistake by taking 6 photographs nine years ago. Hillary Clinton was excused by the FBI and the U.S. Attorney General for 33,000 "mistakes" that put our country's security at risk. Hillary was trained in the law and had knowledge that she was violating !8 USC 1001, 18 USC 1505, 18 USC 1519, 18 USC 1621, 18 USC 1924 and 18 USC 2071 when she utilized a private server for official business. Clearly, the intent to commit a crime was present here. Clearly, there was no intent on the part of Petty Officer Saucier. Ours is a nation of laws. Due process mandates that we are given notice of prohibited conduct prior to being indicted. Petty Officer Saucier received no such notice; he is not a criminal and most certainly deserves to be pardoned, his record expunged and given the opportunity to return to the service of our country, immediately.

Petty Officer Saucier should be pardoned, his record expunged, and restored to active duty status or at least given an honorable discharge. The man only took the pictures to show his future children what he did in the US Navy. I don't see that as a crime and neither should the government. He never showed any intent of showing the information to anyone other than his future family. It caused no harm to the national security of the United States nor to the United States Navy.

Not fair. Manning is free and he did far more then Saucier ever did. Saucier took a picture not to do any harm. Put in jail but Hillary Clinton leaks our missile response times and gets nothing all the emails that she put out there that was illegal on the guy in the Army has a sex change on the Army's and steals all those classified material and is out walking around how is that fair

Dear President Trump,
I know we are in agreement that Hillary Clinton has done FAR WORSE than Kristian has done. In fact, Hillary's actions were premeditated and consciously carried out. Kristian's actions, on the other hand, were done with only good intentions.
Where is the equality in America, if Kristian is demanded to carry out a sentence that is not warranted? Let's have Hillary serve the remainder of his sentence. Transfer it to her, as she is the real criminal here.

I served in the us military. I can tell you first hand that we take pictures as well as write accounts of our service as a means to document it for ourselves and fornfture generations. If Clinton and a Abedin can do what they did, on purpose and in the public eye, and not get in trouble than I see no reason to unnecessarily abuse this young man. The real criminal hear is how much society has switched gears into an incredibly social media dependent nation. That's the only reason he did what he did. We are so focused on the pictures and less focused on the here and now. Free this man as he know not what he done as he done it. He is and was, as most kids his age, ignorant to the rules and obsessed with media. Even if it's his own media.
