Once again today, I am ashamed to be Canadian. How can we turn our backs and close our minds to this urgent need? Use the planes we use to transport troops and bring these people to safety. NOW!

The lack of action, the apparent non-existent interest in helping, an Immigration Minister more concerned with making excuses or deflecting blame, the threat of military intervention instead of compassionate help - all THESE things are how terrorists are created. Do something to help!

At least Government should expedite the sponsorship processing time.
We need to help but CIC increase the refugees suffering by taking long processing time.
Cairo 48 months !!!!!!!!!!!

In crises like this, Canada does need to act on all fronts. Number one is to help the people fleeing their war torn country. Number 2 send in the military to restore law and order! Stop the senseless murder of innocent civilians!!!!
