Change the name to Declan (correct spelling) and this was a dispicable act, and seems like theres a pattern in the past of this behavior. Shame on the people witnessing this also. The person with the gray shorts shown kicking the victim should be prosecuted too.

I was appalled by the video especially to find out that one of the teens was the son of the mayor?!?! Oh yes do what's fair and make them pay for their crimes.
