This is absolutely horrific. These teens need to go to jail (along with all those who watched and took video - to include parents) for a very long time. One teen’s father is the Mayor if RHE - he MUST step down!!!

I’ve worked with children with autism for over ten years in Torrance. Over there we teach that all children deserve to be treated with respect and these kids like to play and have friends like everybody else. I don’t know what backwoods BS is taught in Rolling Hills but this is beyond unacceptable and they should be prosecuted fully.
