Declan Bell-Wilson is a danger to the community. He should be required to enter therapy to learn how to be compassionate to others. But the question is: will he learn? Or is he a "bad seed" that will never be able to feel empathy toward others?

We want justice for this child. This hits home. I hope they realize that it is hard tk let go of our special needs kids and in a heart beat we realize its not safe.
