There is zero excuse for the her Renda’s actions of these young men in this parking structure. You as a representative for upholding the law and justice cannot except any plea bargain from these young men. They need to be held accountable and punished for hurting a young man who didn’t understand what was happening the entire town of rolling Hills should be a palled and embarrassed.
