14% on the FO 320 list in YYZ and I'm working 16 days 2 months in a row. Higher dpg's would alleviate the productivity issue. Until a solution has been implemented, no more concessions from our Union!

We need better credit pairings with a minimum of one days credit for each day worked. Don't give me a 3 day pairing with 10 hours credit. RESPECT seniority
