I can't express how upset I am with the state of PBS bidding right now. The Optimizer is swapping way too high in seniority, stealing desired days off and productive pairings to give to the most Jr. PBS should not be able to disregard the Isolate and Priority bids to take away from senior pilot to give to Junior pilot. 1 week vacation as a block holder should not give PBS the ability to give all unproductive flying just because the pilot can't reach 16 day max.
There are many other programs available. I understand the continual problem with the Jr pilot not flying more than 16 days. Make the pairings more productive. Pilots give $20,000 annual pay to keep seniority and schedule. This is worst in 17 years.
Respect is a two way street.

The optimizer needs to be changed. I like others chose to stay senior in the right seat for quality of life. I'm tired of being optimized month after month.
