This is an extremely important aspect of caring for dying children and their families. As a paediatrian who cares for infants with medical conditions that require palliative care, I think that this initiative will benefit many families needing support through the last difficult moments with their loved ones.

We desperately need a paediatric palliative care facility in Cape Town
