Aside from acknowledging and supporting the students in their significant accomplishment, the university needs to be consistent with how they manage all of their affairs by not discriminating and only allowing certain groups to have such an honor in having an in-person graduation. I hope the university will make the right decision as it will reflect on your reputation and show everyone how you truly stand by on your own company ethics.

They worked so hard for this. Their class is small so it should be ok.

These dental hygiene students deserve to have the in person ceremony if the other large departments does it, so why can’t they? They are one of the smallest departments, all vaccinate and have been around each every day. This needs to be look at again and reconsider.

Through many years of trials and tribulations, I graduated from from nursing school...to finally walk the stage in cap and gown and to finally be handed my diploma, was the most gratifying and memorable experience for me! The CDC guidelines currently in place make it absolutely possible for these students to participate in an in-person ceremony!! Each one of them have become remarkably resilient amongst this pandemic and have more than earned the right to be granted this ceremony! Please reconsider and cancel virtual and move it outside!

With the CCD guidelines, I think they have the right to graduate in person and not virtual and since they paid that expensive tuition fees, the more they are entitled to it.

They should be able to walk, just keep masks on and social distance, its a step towards being once aging what we call "normal".

With proper safety guidelines, students should be able to safely participate in an in-person graduation ceremony that they worked tremendously hard for. Please reconsider your decision.
