This will make this neighborhood absolute become a mess as I live in this area. We are currently having a lot of issues with the current apartments built on the other side with drugs paraphernalia, beer bottles by the box, garbage being thrown into the bushes, people sleeping in the car, working on the cars, and worse the amount of car ALARMS now going off at night for the overcrowded apartments.

Yea, these apartments are being more difficult to live in this area. Kids are even scared to walk to the AM/PM without passing a few creepy people. Street and sidewalk trash is increasing and traffic\parking is getting maxed out.

As a part of this neighborhood the school near by has generated enough traffic for our compact neighborhood. If there were apartments added in the empty land on depot and battles then the traffic would be ridiculous.

These apartments will bring nothing of benefit to this area. The space in which they want to build 160 units and add 2 people per room in unit, is not adequate to accommodate such numbers. We will definitely see an increase in traffic which is not safe for families who live in the area such as Pacific Crest, Harvest Glen and all the neighborhoods that surround. There is an elementary school which will be negatively impacted by the influx of traffic causing safety issues for students who walk home as well as added vehicle traffic. It will be a mess and doesn't benefit anyone except those that will make money by building this project. Once they build they move on to the next project leaving us all to deal with the repercussions. I am very against this project. I have lived in Pacific Crest for 15 years and it is a lovely neighborhood but slowly is being deteriorated in quality due to the influx of Crime and traffic from St Clair Apartments which have changed ownership because the old owners had more pride of ownership in the complex

I understand the desire of the city to develop more affordable housing, but I feel the parking allowances are far from adequate and funneling traffic on Western and Provance will cause traffic problems. Western is already impacted by traffic to and from the school. Onsite parking needs to be improved to eliminate the congestion on Provance and surrounding streets. I do not believe this development will enhance property values within Pacific Crest.

New apartment complex will negatively impact Pacific Crest homes value. Building apartments offers NO benefits to Pacific Crest homeowners. I'm against the new development.

Please no low income apartments in our neighborhood. The ones on the other side at the corner of Sonya and Blosser are a mess and parking is terrible and they trash Biscaynne street!

We already have to much issue with st Claire, and adding another one will be to much and is going to be to crowded. I’m here for 2 years but it change really quick it feels like it’s to much in one area.
