Let's be honest. Our Founding Fathers knew the day would come when we needed to protect ourselves from our own government. The liberals (democrats & RINOs) have declared war on the Constitution. They want to control us as their slaves by large government; controlling government. I swore an Oath to protect our Constitution from ALL enemies and I am still bond by that Oath - even if our elected officials will not. We do not need more laws and gun control. Criminals will not obey the law. Every shooting crime breaks the laws already on the books.

the statement "shall not be questioned" is synonymous with "shall not be infringed". You are not permitted to restrict, regulate or ban firearms for any reason. This is one of many rights reserved to the people for obvious reasons.
