Petition To Keep and Bear Arms
If you believe that it is the right of every “law abiding” citizen in this state to, if so desired, possess a firearm for personal protection, for hunting, for simple target shooting, or in the defense from tyranny, we ask you to sign this petition that we will present to our lawmakers in Harrisburg on Monday, the 30th of April at the annual Pennsylvania Right To Keep And Bear Arms Rally.
At this rally, we will be contacting our Representatives in Harrisburg to share our views and values concerning the many threats to one of our most cherished inalienable rights. We will be battling the proposed bills on semi-automatics, large capacity magazines, background checks for ammo purchases, outright bans on types of firearms, and all infringements which lead to a planned suspension of the 2nd Amendment of the United States and Pennsylvania’s Article 1, section 21 of the Pa. State Constitution.
Article I, Section 21 of the Pennsylvania State Constitution states: "The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned."

The US Constitution states "shall not be infringed" Article I, section 21 of the Pennsylvania State Constitution states: “The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned.”
It is our right to keep an bear arms in accordance with the US constitution and this veteran made a pledge to protect and defend that document.
I will not stand by and lose my rights and freedoms while politicians who say they support the Constitution are getting paid off to be silenced that shows me where they stand if your a politician and your reading this remember one thing you work for the people nothing more nothing less
I believe that I and my family should have the right to be able to protect ourselves from any person attempting to harm my home, property, belongings, and person. Criminals WILL always have guns, I want to protect myself in like kind if necessary!

Banning of firearms and as well as magazine capacity restrictions is a violation of the second amendment. Gun control only hurts law abiding citizens. Criminals do NOT obtain their firearms legally. Criminals do not obey the law. Murder is illegal, and yet it still happens.
