It's not just that prison it is happening in local prisons across America.
People are treated like less then animals....
Another interesting/disturbing thing is they claim to have "mental health" services which is bogus that is why people upon release are ordered by the courts to under go these mental health evaluations that the prison won't give.
My thing is if people are rotting in jail why not give them an "evaluation" and said treatment for the reccomendations for such? Then they would already be treated before or upon release.... My guess is because it would cost to much.......Otherwise why don't they provide it?
If those services were given the courts then wouldn't order it so that is proof people get no mental health trreatment of anykind while in local prison.,...
Also I find it interesting with out a diagnosis or evaluation by a mental health proffessional the medical entity at the prison will give out anti phsycotic drugs but won't give you lemonade or Tylenol......... Or emergency medical care.....I guess they get to write those bogus meds off maybe even get kickbacks from the pharmisutical company?
Scam! Scam! and Scam if they refuse a loved one a medicine they were perscribed on the outside if they are disabled contact the Disability Rights Network they will open a case against the prison for such like flies on crap.

Contact a personal injury Attorney they do not charge unless you get paid.... Contact several for "free consultation" they can go to the prison and document his condition and petition for him to have a second medical opinion even though your an inmate you still have the right to see a specialist ext.....

When your dehydrated you can't keep fluids down if you read any thing about this case you would know they did get ensure down her throat and she threw it back up...So even if she would have had been drinking water or even lemonade she would have kept throwing it up.....
If it is true what you say she was a heroin addict all the more reason to treat her and all the more proof she wasn't faking.............
I have pity for you that you think this way.. May God reveal himself to you!

I find it interesting and very wrong that even after police admit in this case they thought Victoria was "faking" her illness according to media reports they still labeled her death "accidental".
Any person knows if you are throwing up or have the runs for more then 24 hours your to see a real Dr. right away who instead of force feeding the person ensure would have admitted them to a hospital for iv fluids to be given.
What most people don't know is in prison even if your having an emergency you don't get access to a Dr. right away...... That is why I suggest giving inmates access to 911 services so when the prison policy and bogus medical won't give emergency care right away you don't have to die or be half dead in the process till you get it.
So don't believe for a second just cause the prison contracts with a medical entity the people in prison are actually getting access to that care cause most like in Victoria Herr's case don't .
To further support this just google search Primecare medical complaints they are not just in PA these are court cases where they have already been ruled on. Most rulings are the same the people were medically neglected and the cases go back years it's not like it's only a few..........
So this entity in my opinion is a fraud....Why wouldn't the prisons contract with the local Dr's and hospital???
Makes me wonder.

Medical neglect is happening all over Pa county prisons.. Inmates should have the right to 911 services and emergency care. This link is proof these are cases already ruled on and if you do just a little bit of research you can see and read for your self the problem with it........
In case any one has never been dehydrated before I have it doesn't matter how much you drink you throw it all back up just like the ensure they forced down Victoria's throat you need iv fluids slowly and if your to far gone even that won't save you it's a horrible way to go and thing to endure if your lucky enough to live through it........
So to blame her for being an alleged drug addict is wrong and even if it were true all the more reason she should have been cared for.........

Petition for inmates to have access to 911 emergency services across the board they should have that right to life help just as any one else on the outside the only ones who have a problem with that are people with something to hide

This girl was a drug addict. Her mother is an addict. Point the finger at her before you blame an institution. You can not die from heroin withdraw. Try dehydration. The dumb girl didnt drink fluids!

This prison disgusts me my brothers were locked up here they told them they wouldn't be happy until all the gentiles were in jail. They treat them wrong and turn their heads when inmates get into fights. This place is disguting I hope u get justice for victoria. This place does need to go inder investigaton. But none of the inmates will say anything for fear they will get put in the hole and they leave u there for sometimes longer than 30 days. Hate this prison
