The parking area is unsafe - the residents of our building shouldn’t feel vulnerable because of this lot.

Strange people in the elevator. I was in the elevator today around 6 20 pm and I saw one lady covered her head and face with her jacket and mask coming from P1, she didn’t press for any particular floor and just stayed inside the elevator up and down. I don’t think she is a resident here and must came in from outside to the parking. Very insecure situation and this building must be target for homeless.... Management should make this building safe and secure.

Lack of security on the Green P at 501 St Clair Ave West has led to multiple false fire alarms mainly in the early hours of the morning! It is unacceptable and something needs to be done about it NOW!

Cameras should also be installed as a deterrent and to ensure the safety of residents and public that use P1 parking.

This speaks to a larger problem in Toronto, where people are more concerned about polical correct BS and implementing hug a thug policies, while law abiding tax paying citizens suffer!

As an owner of 501 St. Clair Ave West, Please help us get this problem rectified. This is effecting my health, my work, my mental well being ...... not getting a proper night sleep due to something that can be fixed is absolutely unacceptable. These unnecessary false fire alarms need to be addressed and fixed.

I am trying to be patient but I am now suffering from the ongoing sleep interruptions so frequently transpiring in the building. I feel that this is controllable however nothing concrete is being initiated at this time. I wish everyone a fitful sleep tonight... Good luck!

This situation is absolutely ludicrous. It is having a severe impact on my ability to get proper sleep which in turn is having a negative impact on my work. This is no way to live. Something must be done about this with a high degree of urgency.

We live at 501 st Clair west and the number of disturbances in the middle of the night are becoming unbearable. They are directly caused by poor management and lack of security at the public parking lot at st Clair and Bathurst.

I am losing a great tenant because of ongoing fire alarm issues and other security related problems

I am an owner and I am deeply concerned about the safety at the building due to the issues that have developed as a result of the CITY RUN green P lot. Drug use in stairwells, a stabbing with blood all over the parking entrance, and regular destruction to daily life because of fire alarms being set off in the green P lot/stairwells. This issue must be addressed and be taken seriously by the city.

The alarms going off at all hours of the night is not just an infrequent occurrence. This has been going on since I moved here 3 years ago. I am beyond frustrated. It is traumatizing to residents and their pets. It dusky challenging while attempting to work from home. In short these incidents have created unsuitable living conditions.

This is unacceptable to set up a Public Parking in the Condo and have no security measures and control.

Toronto Parking Authority and the City of Toronto must take responsibility and action for permanent solutions. We cannot endure this any longer!

City Councilor - pls make a real change to the security and safety measures immediately. The endless annoyance and safe risks are beyond our tolerance.

6 or 7 fire alarms this week alone, at 2am-5 am generally. This cant go on as I'm ready to sell my apartment due to public parking below, that's crazy!
