As you may all be aware, the Biebonic plague has swept through our children and has claimed many victims in America. We cannot allow this horrific miasma to infect our children, and as such we must solve the mystery of how to eliminate it. I propose, just as one would kill a snake, we cut off the head and watch the body die. Being there is no one quite as qualified to bite off the heads of bothersome vermin I would like to put forth none other than the Prince of Darkness himself, Ozzy Osbourne, to bite off Justin Bieber's head.
