We the undersigned petition the Australian government to take immediate action against the perpetrators of the violent attacks on Indian students in Australia. We condemn these attacks and demand that the authorities ensure the safety of Indian and other overseas students in Australia. The attacks continue even after the Australian Prime Minister gave an assurance that the perpetrators will be met with the full force of the law. The Australian authorities have done little to guarantee the safety of overseas students inspite of numerous such incidents and resulting deaths. We want action NOW!
