Not sure what the real issue is regarding the storage. I agree it's not so pretty if you really focus on it, but i don't think anyone bases their decision to move into the building based on garage aesthetics. Thank you to Ray and Omar for the long overdue vacuuming of the truck loads of sand in the garage. I would hope that the snow removal contract would put a halt in the use of sand and switch to salt. I would also love to see the gym equipment reflective of the web-site's claim to fulfill your "uncompromising standards". Respectfully, Joe & Melody Soufeh 3K

It's especially unfair that your very own leasing agents explained that we can use our parking spaces for storage, and that we could leave outdoor furniture in the backyard for tennants use.

even though i never used the parking for storage, agree for the need and for others to use it as they wish. Thank you Nataly Kamali for finding us this apartment

I agree with my husband. We love many things about the Oxford and hope management will reconsider the storage issue.

I have helped 3 families find a fitting apartment for them and this building. Had I known all these unrealistic changes were coming I would not have recommended they move here. I would like to note that I've gotten stuck in the elevator at least 4 times in the past month and instead of fixing it I received tips and tricks on how to get it going. Additionally we have a huge and beautiful yard that I used to sit and enjoy with friends but can't anymore because you threw out the only furniture out there. This is a home to everyone living in it. It would be nice if we can at least have some chairs and tables to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. Maybe even a swing set for the kids to play on. But aesthetics seem to be more important to you than satisfying your tenants. I hope this changes.

I love calling Oxford my home, truly. Although my wife and I do not have kids, but one day we hope to, and would hope we could use our parking space to allow for storage when the time comes for children items, of course in front of our cars. We also wanted to bring in our bicycles for the summer and leave them in our parking space, but not sure now if we are allowed. Thank you for hearing us, it means everything.

Its G2 garage door that makes an awful sound about 600 times a day everytime it opens and closes..

In addition there is a giant pot hole in the driveway leading to the garage that can easily give someone a flat tire.

Comment number 1, it is the G2 garage that makes a terrible metal on metal screeching noise that has been complained about for roughly 6 months, not G1

All comments stated are true and accurate. I fear the misrepresentation of the services offered by management could create a rent strike
