PI is charging us for the use of our party rooms wherein we already pay maintenence charges, we are not even allowed to get outsiders for a party. Rules they make up arbitrarily.

Unnecessary fees for lessons in the community on top of extortionate service charges are not doing any good for our community. Instead, please focus on current deteriorating standard of pools and common areas.

I don’t agree with what is proposed we are happy with the previous arrangements. Better to focus efforts on maintenance and fixing facilities such as pools and swings that is really needed.
