RERA is requested to intervene into gross mis-management by OI in several matters. For example PI is imposing very high gate and unfair pass fee for service providers and they in turn recover from residents adding to avoidable costs

There is no communication between PI and home owners on so many levels. This is an example and we strongly oppose such unilateral practices.
