Final supporters
It is the belief of the users of OviPets that there needs to
be a “Sample Pet Generator” available on OviPets.
This generator would serve two functions:
1. To allow users to generate an image of a pet using variables input using 4 different categories: Species, Gender, Color and Mutations.
2. To allow users to generate an image of a pet using a generator similar to the pet generator already available on OviPets. Users would pick a species, a gender and be allowed to pick colors for each of the 5 color categories: eyes, body1, body2, extra1 and extra2.
The first function will widely be used to plan out “projects”. Users can check how mutations look together, and create an image. This image can then be used in presentations, posts, and saved to their computer for future use. These images are helpful for garnering donations to further their research and splicing for their projects.
The second function would be used similarly, but mostly to test out color combinations before spending credits to generate pets using OviPets already existing pet generator.
What we are suggesting would work similarly to this

Specifications on the generator:
Color: would be input using HEX codes.
Mutations: can be combined, up to the maximum number allowed on a pet.

Finding artists that can do project mock ups is tedious and expensive. This would be a great extra function of Ovi-Pets even if it was strictly for paid players and costed some credits to use. This seems like a natural, next step for the game to make.
I'd LOVE to have a sample pet generator. This way I could have a better idea of what I'm picking colors for since it costs credits to generate pets. ( I personally don't even care about the mutation samples, it could work like PonyIslands, which is owned and run by the same people iirc)
This addition would be Extremely helpfully with getting an idea for Projects, instead of having to make mock-ups that take anywhere from 1-4hrs.
It would be so much better if this existed. It would be useful for planning out projects. I'm sort of a lupus project person so this would be quite helpful.
I think having one of these would be a great help in cutting down on muddy pets being bred and it would also be of great help when it comes to creating project pets so we can see beforehand what mutations we like/want to put together with each other

This would really help project makers see how their projects would look, which would actually create more projects since the creators would not worry about investing credits into unattractive creatures. Yeah, gender fails would still happen, but investing expensive mutations and not liking them wastes time and credits that could be spent on projects that just make you happy. Thank you
