This is outrageous and is clearly a judge abusing her power. This judge needs to be removed from the bench immediately because this is not the first time this has been done by this judge concerning African Americans. This is a case we know about, how many are we not aware of? I pray you help her immediately.

Smh as a man I would never take my daughter from her mother.That Judge had to beable to prove ur unfit in order to take her from you. If the father abused you, she was suppose to consider that expicially if he was convicted. This Judge could be disbarred for this. This is so awful. I hope and pray your daughter is ok because I see she has a health condition. I hope you get this order overturned soon.

This is Crazy. I pray you get you child back. There ar NC Guidlines that the Judge was suposse to abide by befor removing this child. You are her mother, unless u were unfit she was not suposse to remove your daughter completly out of your care. The least the Judge could have did was Joint Custudy. Sounds like she just had it in for you. Me in my family will be praying for you.

Miss.Crews is a wounderg ul parent she goes an ove and beyond for her daughter. At no time would you she her without her being with her. The judge was wrong from remove this child from her home.

Her term is OVER in November...and I have a VERY STRONG feeling that she WILL NOT be re-elected....DISCRIMINATION is against the law and she herself should be prosecuted for that crime. Sounds like she already had a personal opinion of you before you ever walked in that court room, therefore she should have BY LAW removed herself from your case. But instead she chose to use her authority against you (WHICH IS ALSO A CRIME). But in the end, I'm sure that she will regret the decision that she made to remove a SICK child from the care of her mother (against DOCTOR'S ORDERS). Keep your head up...Good always prevails.....and your voice WILL BE heard...question is: the next time Judge Sarah C. Seatons is approached with this....what will she have to say for herself? What lies will she have to tell to save herself? Because in the end, before it is all over...it is going to come to that....SHE WILL HAVE TO ANSWER TO THE SOMEONE ELSE FOR THE DUMBFOUND AND DISCRIMATORY DECISION THAT SHE MADE...I guess she thought she was teaching you a "lesson". But in the end I'm sure she herself will be taught one. Keep Praying! Prayer works!
