The board members and the CEO need to recognize the trust given them by the membership and the benefits of transparency and open communication. If there is a need for more revenue, especially after a major assessment, the membership has a right to know the reason and how the funds will be allocated.

As we did with the wait staff, why didn't board just phase in, over say 3 years, a pay raise for these employees and be done with it...

I concur with petition - strongly against the $4 automatic service for each round of golf

I also do not agree with subsidizing investor sellers of homes.
