College is already so expensive, and to add $25 per semester that's outrageous. Something needs to change

Parking passes used to be valid until they fell off the vehicle. It should go back to that.

We already have to pay for miscellaneous things in built in to our tuition that not everybody uses. Why should we continue having to pay more?

$25 is ridiculous to pay for to be ALLOWED to a school we already PAY to go to. I have four members in my family that need a pass, that's $100 to go to a two hour class. $100 we could save for books.

I don't know what was wrong with the original sticker. It would've made sense if the upgrade was something scannable so if they needed to make sure everything was current, it wouldn't cost us an extra $25 a semester. I don't have a problem paying for things (I'm not signing this because I think the world owes me everything), but I have yet to find a good reason to pay this much money a semester for a parking spot that is RARELY by the building where I attend classes.

I got a ticket when I forgot my parking pass in another car. When I went to get a temporary, NO ONE WAS AT THE DESK. My appeal was denied and I still had to pay the ticket. It would be nice if we could get more than one parking pass for multiple vehicles since we pay $25 for a card that probably takes less than 50 cents to make.

I hate that we pay for parking yet there is no parking available near your class except faculty parking

As a nursing student, I already put enough money into my education. Paying for parking every single semester is too much. I think paying $20-$30 once is good and reasonable. If a student were to take a year off, then the $20-$30 fee would be applicable again. I do not appreciate paying every semester for parking.
