Have had the internet cut on me on several occasions while working in the Library. Resetting the wi-fi connection on my laptop sometimes helps but is really inconvenient. (using AU_Student network)

I agree with what has already been said--reliable internet should be a non-issue.

I find it very sad that this petition is even needing to be done to convince Antioch of the internet issues. I've also heard from people who have complained about it told that they are the only ones who have ever complained and that there is no problem. It's disgraceful for an institute to do that. I experienced remarkably slow internet every single day. I honestly don't think can't recall a time where the internet speed was normal. I'm really surprised and saddened to see Antioch handling the issue in such a poor manner and forcing the student body to create a petition just to get internet speed that's on par with the rest of the city.

It pains me to see that the administration of AUNE is so unresponsive to student issues that a public petition had to be created to draw attention to the distress of the student body. We are living in the digital age. It is absolutely absurd that reliable intenet connectivity is not provided to the students at the New England campus. The AUNE adminsitration should feel the burden of obligation to resolve this issue in a timely manner given that all courses provide education materials through the online portal and most require online participation. Students are told "be ashamed to die if you have not won some victory for humanity" but the adminsitration should be ashamed until they are able to empower the students to do so.

Internet connectivity has been frustratingly unreliable since I have been on campus. I echo the comments of the other students. There is simply no plausible excuse for why AUNE does not have a reliable, high speed internet connection. The amount of time lost to the internet being down or slow is significant and unacceptable. This is an issue that is easily fixed. Quality internet connections exist in Keene, and as such, we should have access to one on campus.

Considering how much we do pay for our education here, I have continually found this problem frustrating during my time at Antioch New England. Personally, I have always experienced a slow internet connection from the library to the hallways to the classrooms. In the library, my desktop constantly freezes when multiple internet tabs are open (not sure if this is a computer or internet connection problem-I think a little of both). I have also experienced NO connection on several occasions. This always happens in the building if I am connected to the wifi on my phone or laptop. I have also had multiple experiences where my classes were disrupted by videos not playing and webpages not opening. This is taking time away from our classes-from our education! The education we pay for! I think it is ridiculous that a class must first stop its progression to troubleshoot and/or send students on an unscheduled break to further troubleshoot (yes, this has happened in a number of my classes!) and finally force professors to rearrange the class agenda to deal with not being able to access things on the internet that we otherwise would have had no problem doing if the internet connection in the building was even remotely reliable. Frankly, enough is enough. Your students are unhappy Antioch. It is well past the time to do something about it!

Consistently oor internet combined with lackadaisical and uninformed Help Desk responses make me want a bit of my tuition returned to me.

I completely agree with everyone else's comments. This is an absurd problem for an expensive graduate school, where students and professors should obviously have access to functional internet.

I have often had issues personally with the internet, however the most frustrating aspect is that teachers will be trying to show videos in class, and the connectivity will be so bad that we are unable to watch the video. Considering how much money we pay to attend this institution, we shouldn't have our education compromised.

I seem to spend more time waiting for Google Drive to connect so I can work on a shared document. I've stopped using the facilities at Antioch because of this. There is no excuse and it's extremely disappointing that this problem continues to exist.
