I laid a complaint to the BCM about my water that were shown in my account to be increasing at an alarming rate. Up to date my case has not been solved, although the account is increasing.

My mother is a pensioner and we have applied twice for her bill to be reduced to no avail. She pays but the amount never decreases it increases instead.

It is day light robbery and the fact that we are being charged for the mismanagement and incompetencies of BCMM staff and civil servants is down right wrong and unconstitutional.

BCM Exhorbitant Electricity Bills are way too high you can't compare with NMM which became a Metro before BCM. I don't even want to talk about the filth & overgrown grass outside our yards. Dumping all over the place while Officials receive high salaries with negative outcomes

Ridiculous high rates bills . Arears left until too high tobe able topay at the same time because there are no statements .Disconnection of electricity without any notice .Disconnectio n date favours people who get paid on the 15 of the month .Dissatisfaction about payments arrangements No care about our problems Some of us are forced to borrow money from Cash loans This is depressing.
