As much as we got to pay for these services, it's little bit too much especially now that we facing difcult pandemic times, Some of us are not working nor running small companies of which they in a verge to be doomed thus we dismal fail to pay for these services. I personally would like not to be charged by interims because it is burring me alive and on the other hand I got to pay my house bond. Lastly, I pray that our government would prefer to put rates in the house bond amount, so they can deduct same time as the house payments.

Why do we have to pay double without explanation.
Blockage - at this time of year in the midst of pandemic and poverty when schools are reopening. Services not rendered but we pay and suffer so much.

I have a problem with Municipality. My balance was R400 before lock down. Now it's R88 000.00. I was told to write down readings buy NU 6 Manager. But till today my account is going up
