Administration of services at BCM is chaotic and a nightmare to rate payers,...things are getting worse with each year, why is it so difficult for BCM to go understudy municipalities like cape town?, to learn best practices....as BCM is clueless

The metro must also be mindful of the financial pressure imposed by job losses on households and not expect payment at all costs. Implement an efficient billing /complaints management system to avoid secondary stress!
