I have been over charged without full explanation but I was advise to pay while they verify.. no reading of meters , my meter is underground I don't what are they reading no one bother to dig it but they continue to charge

BCM does not care for us. How do you explain rates of 90 000.00 per month whereas you have been paying rates monthly?
